Introduction to the "Statistics by Client" Feature

The "Statistics by Client" feature in Bizman provides a comprehensive view of the work and time allocation across your clients. This feature allows you to monitor the hours validated per client within a specific timeframe, helping you gain insights into client engagement and resource allocation. It also facilitates historical data analysis, enabling you to compare data across different months to identify trends or shifts in client engagement over time.

How to Navigate and Use the "Statistics by Client" Feature

Note: To view the “Statistics by Client” feature, you must have the “view stats by client” permission enabled. Administrators can modify user permissions under Settings > Roles and Permissions. 

Accessing the Statistics by Client Feature

Bizman Stats By Client

- Navigate to "Statistics" in the left sidebar menu.
- Choose "By Client" from the dropdown options.

Understanding the Statistics Table

Once you’ve accessed the feature, you’ll be directed to a page displaying a table with the following fields:

      • Client: Lists the names of the clients.
      • Validated Hours: Shows the total number of hours that have been validated or approved for each client.
      • Month: Displays the month for which the hours are recorded.
  1. Using the Filters
    • Filter by Month:

      At the top of the table, you’ll find a filter option where you can select the specific month or range of months you want to view. For example, you can choose to display data for the last 3 months.
    • Filter by Client Status:

      You can filter clients based on their status:
        • Enabled: Shows only active clients.
        • Disabled: Shows only inactive clients.
        • All: Displays both active and inactive clients.
  2. Customizing the Data View

    You can choose how many months of data you wish to display. This feature is particularly useful when you want to analyze trends over a period, such as comparing client activity across several months.
  3. Interpreting the Data
    • Review the validated hours for each client to get a clear picture of where your resources are being allocated.
    • Use this information to identify high-value clients, potential areas for improvement, or clients that may require additional attention.
