How secure is Bizman’s password administration feature?
Bizman prioritizes security and employs active password logs tracking. This ensures that every time someone copies or made changes to your team’s stored passwords and sensitive information, user information and timestamps for each activity are logged for tracking. Our automated password generator also ensures that users generate strong, unique passwords that comply with password policies.
Can I customize the task views in Bizman?
Absolutely! Bizman offers customizable task views, including Board, List, and Calendar views. You can choose the view that best suits your workflow and preferences, providing a personalized task management experience.
How do I use the Timer in a Task in Bizman?
Using the Timer in a Task is an excellent way to track the actual time that you use for a certain task or project. To use this feature, simply pick the task you want to work on, which will route you to the Task Page. In the task page, click the ‘clock’ icon to start a new timer within the task. When you do this, the Timer is auto populated with the Client name and Task Title, and you can edit the Description field to ad more context on your task/activity.

You can set your preferences via the Notifications settings under Account Settings module. You can opt to receive notifications for overdue tasks, when a task gets created or updated, when someone comments on a task, and when someone mentions you in a task.
