How it Works
Bizman Time-tracking is a comprehensive tool designed to monitor and manage work hours for businesses efficiently. The Client Name, Task Type, and Timer Description will be displayed when hovering over the timer. Users have the flexibility to configure multiple timers and switch between them as they work on different tasks throughout the day. The timer can be paused or stopped whenever needed, accurately capturing the time spent on each task.
Users can select from the preconfigured list of clients. If there are tasks active for the client chosen, the list of these tasks is loaded upon choosing the Task Type, allowing users to connect the timer to their active tasks easily. This also ensures precise billing based on the actual time invested in project work. Additionally, the system allows users to track billable and non-billable hours quickly and precisely. Our project management time tracking tool features a Billable checkbox, which is automatically checked when the chosen client is a Billable type of client.
Alongside tracking time, Bizman allows users to provide detailed descriptions of the work performed during each tracked session. This description can include project updates, tasks completed, milestones achieved, or any other relevant information. These descriptions serve as a valuable reference for the user and their clients, providing transparency and clarity regarding the completed work.
